Sharp Aquos LC32D62U 32" 1080p LCD HDTV
This is an excellent LCD. It performs really well and is worth every penny. Very good quality, the picture and sound are also great. I'm very pleased with the speakers, the sound quality is quite good and, unlike many sets, the volume covers the entire range from very quiet to blasting with fine control. It took me awhile to adjust the color and contrast settings - the factory settings were not for my taste. Otherwise I prefer Sony, but this time I chose Sharp because of the 1080p. The picture as already said is very good, but no matter how I play with it (even using a DVD picture adjuster for HDTV), the color is almost, but just not so nice and natural as with Sony. I also have a 1080p Sony TV and when I watch it, I feel like I can walk into the picture. I don't get the same feeling with this Sharp - but it's very close to Sony. So if the price is right, I would buy this TV but if it's the same, I would go with Sony.
