Samsung LNT4065F 40" 1080p LCD HDTV

When I unpacked the box of my new Samsung LNT4065F I thought I bought wrong TV set. It really looked like a Plasma TV....
By far, this TV set blows all the other LCD's that I have ever seen. Just tell me how many TV's can boast a 15000:1 contrast ratio? The colors on Samsung LNT4065F are stunning and the"dynamic" setting is almost too bright even when the night falls. The blacks and whites show up very nicely. The TV itself is very easy to setup. The default channels are fine and don't require any tweaking although you, have to adjust the picture size depending on the DVDs used (4:3 or widescreen format). The sound is awesome as well! There is a simulated surround sound mode which is great, although most people who purchase this TV, will likely have it hooked up to a theater system. All in all, I would recommend this LCD to anyone looking for a top LCD at a great price.
