Earlier I was using some other TV, but I was not satisfied with the quality. Then somebody told me about 46-inch Sharp Aquos LC46D64U 1080p LCD HDTV, so I read the reviews given on the net. It did not take me too long to decide as numerous people have been satisfied with this model. The best part that I like about the TV is that it has a good picture quality and was within my budget. The 46 inch screen is enough for me to enjoy the movies and use it as a monitor with my PC. I did not require reading the user manual as the on screen menu and interface was very friendly. The screen is extremely slim as compared to the other model that I have. The silver speakers attached at the bottom of the TV give a sound with powerful bass. It is much - much better than the old model that I have. An analog PC input and three HDMI 1.3 inputs work really well and were convenient for me. There are other connectivity options as well. My room is too bright, but the TV managed it all and the picture quality is still going as good as it is.

Some people stated in the reviews that sound is not good, but I do not agree with this. From the day I had purchased this TV, I had watched almost six movies. Great experience! The theatrical sounding speakers are good. I did not even find any flickering that is generally found in plasmas and LCDs’. The video gaming experience is just superb and what to say of the DVDs’. I think this is my best purchase in terms of TV. It is slim, sleek and weighs just 55LBS. This is far much less than the model that I have. The only thing that I didn’t liked about this TV is that remote is too big, but not a big issue. I am completely satisfied with my purchase and its worth too. The pricing is good and easy off course. I would recommend people to go for this reasonably priced Sharp Aquos LC46D64U 46-inch 1080p LCD HDTV.
