Sony Bravia V-Series KDL-40V4100 40-Inch 1080p LCD HDTV Review

I wanted to purchase a plasma TV that could fit into my budget easily, but I was not able find the same. Then one of my friends bought Sony Bravia V series KDL -40V4100 40 inch 1080p LCD HDTV and recommended me to purchase this model. He said that it would be the best design, if I want something within my budget. Earlier I was not so influenced with the one he recommended, but when he illustrated a demonstration of the design that he had bought, I was really impressed. I liked the 24 frames per second movie true mode, it’s just as I wanted. So, I immediately purchased Sony Bravia V series KDL -40V4100 40 inch 1080p LCD HDTV. I am gratified with the quality of the TV and off course its design, really appreciable. The most considerable attribute that my wife really appreciated was its feature set. Although the manual could not help me much in getting familiar with the working and settings, but the on screen guide was good. I learnt almost the entire set up from the on screen guide. I have connected this LCD with my personal computer, it works great. I was not expecting such a good experience. Either you talk of the picture quality or you talk of the artificial surround sound, it is just perfect. There are a lot of control options, which will take me some time to get familiar with, but I must say remote is responsive.



The best part that I liked was its ability to switch the channels. They change very quickly, within fractions of second that is admirable as compared to other TV sets. Its rich and true colors make the movie experience more exhilarating. From the day I had purchased it, I had watched almost twelve movies. The clarity of the images and sound is perfectly all right. The surround sound system is extremely terrific and you don’t even require adjoining supplementary speakers to it. I did not felt the need of changing the contrast or colors, they were already adjusted. So, in short, it was a worth purchase. I’m loving it.
