This is the 3rd time I have bought an HDTV and found that this one consumes the least power as compared to my previous TV sets. As I was determined to buy a really good TV this time, I asked suggestion from my friend who is a TV engineer. I saw the Panasonic Viera TH-42PZ80U 42" 1080p Plasma HDTV in his home and decided to purchase the same model for myself. Before buying the TV, I wanted to satisfy myself and carried out an extensive research over the Internet. After reading customers reviews about the TV and after understanding its features, I concluded that my friend was right and order the set for myself.
Within a week, I received my set, mounted it myself without any professional help and found that it was much better than my previous HDTVs. I was very much satisfied with my previous sets and could not imagine something better than them. The TV is designed to work for 100,000 hours, 8 hours per day for 30 years. Obviously, I am not planning to use it for the coming 3 decades, but I will be happy if I could use it for a single decade only, without any difficulty or complaints.



The angles of viewing are excellent and the picture quality and specs are just too good to be true. My 8 years old son plays PS3 on this TV and has never called me to solve a problem with the TV. The set came with factory settings and I had to make some changes in order to get the best picture from it. The picture quality is excellent and the sound quality is incredible. The user’s manual that comes with this TV is extensive and informative and will solve any problem you may encounter while mounting or using this set.
